Linda Sue (Sherfy) Brown, 71, of Zanesville, passed away at 11:05 a.m. Tue. Dec. 18, 2018 at Altercare of Zanesville while under the care of Genesis Hospice. She was born on Feb. 7, 1947 in Zaneville, a daughter of the late Vane U. and Frances (Dusenberry) Sherfy. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by three children Teddy D. (Jodie) Brown, Lynda M. (Myron) Paul, and Christopher A. (Tammy) Brown. Nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Her siblings Ronald Sherfy, Gerald Sherfy, Dave Sherfy, Bob Sherfy, Debbie Merris, and Nancy Alford. She was preceded in death by a sister-in-law Mary Sherfy. No calling hours will be observed and a private burial will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care 713 Forest Ave. Zanesville, Ohio 43701.
