Angela D. Tracy, 88, of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2026. She was born on October 27, 1937 to Frank and Helen Cerar of Bellaire, Ohio. She graduated from Bellaire High School with her class of 1955, and from there attended Ohio State University. There she met and married Thomas G. Nolder, Sr. and this union brought her three children, Thomas G. Nolder Jr., Lorraine M. Nolder-Mattox, and Frank D. Nolder. Preceeding Angela in passing were her brother Jack Carman of St. Joe, Neffs, Ohio; sisters Bonnie Dierkes and Shirley Barcalow of Bellaire, Ohio.

Surviving Angela are her sister Mona Woody of Taylorsville, NC and son Thomas G. Nolder, Jr. of Roseville, Ohio. Angela expressed that her wishes were for her to be fondly remembered and she did not want any funeral services to be held. Angela’s final resting place is in Fultonham Cemetery.
