Betty Shaw Obituary

Betty Mae (Bateman) Shaw, 88, of South Zanesville, passed away Tue. Feb. 4, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on Feb. 1, 1932 in Zanesville, a daughter of the late George and Vivian Bateman. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by six children Robert (Pam) Shaw, Vivian R. Shaw, Kim Shaw-Porter, Judy E. (Dave) Samson, Lester G. Shaw and James S. Shaw. Fourteen grandchildren Shane, Marci, Charlie, Robert II, Summer, Justin, William, Brandy, Nathan, Robin, Ashley, Nicholas, Drake, and Melissa. Numerous great and great-greatgrandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles A. Shaw. One son Charles R. Shaw. One brother Russell Bateman.
