Charles William Hooper

Charles William Hooper, 78, of East Fultonham, passed away on Wednesday March 20, 2024. He was born on October 6, 1945 in Lancaster, Ohio, the son of the late Mary L. Pride Hooper and Charles N. Hooper.

Charles retired from Ohio Ferro Alloy in 1999. He was an avid outdoorsman that loved fishing and hunting for game, mushrooms, and ginsing. He always looked forward to the next card game with his family and friends alike.

Charles is survived by his son Charles N. Hooper, his daughters Angela S. Decker and Regina C. Chapman, his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, his brother Robert D. Wayne and his aunt Salley Desarro.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister JoAnn Hannum.

A memorial gathering will be held Saturday March 30, 2024 from 3:00-5:00 p.m.at the William Thompson & Son Funeral Home in White Cottage, Ohio.
