Charles “Chick” W. Quinn Jr., 81, moved on from this world on Friday, 26 April at 9:50pm. Charles is proceeded in death by his father Charles Sr, mother Harriat, son Eric, and sister Marilyn. Charles is survived by his wife of 58 years Linda and grandson Cameron. Charles served faithfully in the United States Army during the 60s, later working for SOhio on Underwood and then UPS for 22 years. Charles then retired from U-Haul in 2009. Charles was known as a hard worker, loved to build everything from scratch as an accomplished carpenter, from furniture and lawn decorations to a large ornate table for all his H&O train cars. He leaves behind a legacy of being a loving husband and dad, excellent grandfather, and avid Disney collector. Charles was a good friend to all that he met, never leaving anyone a stranger and will be deeply missed by all the lives that he touched.

The Quinn family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Genesis Hospice and those that made Charles’ remaining time comfortable. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday May 6, 2024 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home with Pat Wiseman-Jones officiating.
