Charlotte L. Rucker, 85, of Roseville, passed away early Thur. Aug. 12, 2021 at her home. She was born on June 22, 1936 in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Sam and Orpha Allen. Charlotte loved tending her flower garden and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her husband Lloyd (Jim) Rucker. Two sons Mike Rucker and Rusty (Lisa)  Rucker. Two granddaughters Jamie (Josh) Robey and Traci (James) Stanley. Seven great-grandchildren Tristan, Hayden, Ronan, Irelyn, Wyatt, Callie, and Kate. One brother James (Jean Ann) Allen. Many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son Keith Allen Rucker. Two brothers George "Bub" Allen and David Larry Allen.

Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Mon. Aug. 16, 2021 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage where funeral services will follow at 1:00. Rev. Jerry Sutton officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
