David “Dave” Lee Phillips, 64, of Zanesville, passed away at 6:05 a.m. Tuesday March 4, 2025 at Cedar Hill Care Center. He was born on March 3, 1961 in Detroit, Michigan, a son of the late George Edward and Annfa Justine (White) Phillips. He is survived by three children Josh Brown (Valerie Compton), Danielle Phillips, and Jordan Phillips (Amanda Devoll).  One sister Loretta Eggering. One brother Tony Phillips. Grandchildren Julio, Dustin, Emily, Peyton, Mark, Parker, Macie, Grayson, and Addilyn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the mother of his children Debra Brown. One son Dustin Lee Phillips. One brother Lucky. Four sisters Sue, Angie, Jo, and Pat. He will be laid to rest in the family cemetery in Grahn, Kentucky.
