Together they had 10 children. She was a minister‘s wife for over 40 years in Junction City, Coshocton, Crooksville, and the Evangelism Center in Zanesville. She was a Leader of the Ladies Auxiliary . She also taught Home economics at the Christian school. She spent many years teaching and loving all the children in the Sunday school department. She put together many Christmas productions. When she would catch a few minutes of time, she loved to crochet. In cooking was a passion of hers. She once wrote a cookbook that everyone loved.
She was a loving Mother and her children adored her. We cannot tell you how many preachers, evangelist, or just people passing through, that would stop by for a delicious home-cooked meal with homemade bread and a slice of fresh raspberry pie. She was a mild mannered woman without a mean bone in her body, but more than anything.
