Gerald "Superman" Dunaway, 43, of Zanesville, passed away at Genesis Hospital at 2:45 p.m. on Jan. 17, 2025 due to health complications. He is survived by his wife Ashley (McGee) Dunaway. Four daughters Becca E. Dunaway, Isabella R. Dunaway, Cherokee Cogar, and Aryawna Martindale. Two sons Domnick Dunaway and Hayden Martindale His parents Thomas and Vonnie Dunaway. Four sisters Tequilla (Randy) Smith, Danielle (Kenny) Darby, Sis (Kevin) Dunaway, and Ashley Beem. Three brothers Frank (Althea) Dunaway, Tim Dunaway, and Jeff (Darlene) Dunaway. Many friends and his gaming friends Fox, Frank "Boom Boom", and a great friend Mike Baptist. He was preceded in death by three brothers Thomas "Gerudun" Dunaway and Fred "Hawkeye" Dunaway, Thomas "Whoomp" Dunaway.His mother Joyce Arlean Gheen. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. He will be deeply loved and missed.
