Harlen E. "Bud" Dobbins, 84, of Zanesville, passed away at 4:37 a.m. Monday December 23, 2024 at Genesis Emergency Room. He was born on September 20, 1940, in Zanesville, a son of the late Harlen and Francis (Tyson) Dobbins. He was a carpet installer for over 60 years, working for numerous area businesses, including Coconis, Ray Lavy, Tim Fox through Lowe's Home Improvement, and Jim Palm. He is survived by four children Doug (Marti) Dobbins, Michelle Dobbins (Rick Lang), Shannon McCullough (Todd), and Shane Eppley. One brother Ronald (Melissa) Dobbins. 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his partner of 33 years Jane Eppley. Two sisters Eileen (Lloyd) Wiseman and Dorothy (Steve) Myers.
