Irene (Mitchell) Gill

Irene Gill, 90, of South Zanesville, passed away at 7:16 a.m. Thur. Sept. 20, 2018 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House. She was born on Nov. 21, 1927 in Chandlersville, a daughter of the late Carr and Rilla (White) Mitchell. She was a retired secretary and was  a member of South Zanesville United Methodist  Church. She is survived by two sons Dale Gill and Dean Gill. Three grandchildren Stephanie, Steven, and Colton. Four great-grandchildren Shelby, Brianna, Tyler, and Knox.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ray Gill. Two sisters Lucille Blackstone and Erma Prather. Friends and family may call from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Mon. Sept. 24, 2018 at WILLIAM THOMPSON & SON FUNERAL HOME 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage where funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Dee Rader officiating. Burial will be in Ark Springs Baptist Cemetery.
