Jacqueline G. Hoover, 78, of Zanesville, OH, passed away early Tuesday morning, December 24, 2024, at Genesis Healthcare System. She was born on May 28th, 1946 in Charleston, WV.  She was the only daughter of the late Clark E. Mallory and Betty Jo Campbell. She is survived by her only child, Christine (Mitchell) Bailes, three grandchildren Kelly (Claire) Bailes, Tonya (Marvin) Cooks, and Tosha Bailes, and nine great grandchildren, all of Byhalia, MS.  She is also survived by her companion of many years, Robert (Bobby) Wallace of Kentucky, and close friends Jonathan and Irene Stutzman and family. Jackie retired from Six County Inc. of Zanesville.  She was an avid quilter and crafter. Per her wishes a cremation will take place.
