Lenora Faye Matheney, 83, of Nashport, passed away at 9:45 p.m. Thursday January 9, 2025 at Willow Haven Nursing Home. She was born on September 29,  1941, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Bernard and Freda (Taylor) Baughman. She was a homemaker, worked at Whiteman Laundromat in South Zanesville, and traveled with her husband as they had an over the road courier service. She is survived by her children, Greg Matheney of Cincinnati, Daryell Matheney of Zanesville, Mike Matheney of Walkerton, IN, Melissa Dennis of Nashport, Dannie (Misty) Matheney of Newark, and Rebecca "Fred" (Ted) Osborn of Zanesville. 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. One sister MaryAnn Power. A dear friend Rhonda. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years Chuck Matheney, one brother William "Bill" Baughman, and a granddaughter Brooklin Musgrove. Friends may call from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Sunday January 12, 2025 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday January 13, 2025 with Pastor Mike Robertson officiating. A cremation will follow the services.
