Peggy Lucinda Ballis, 84 of Zanesville passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Peggy was born on May 2, 1941 in Dunkirk, Indiana to the late Lillian and Harry Storer. She was part of the local White Cottage garden club and her local church. She is survived by an older sister Pat White, two daughters Patricia Shepherd (Tim Shepherd) and Cheryl Bruder. Her grandchildren: Haley Bynes (Sean Bynes), Ryan (Danyell), and Andrew (Tiffany) Fitzpatrick with seven loving great grandchildren that will miss her dearly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of many years, Emmett Ballis. She will forever be in our hearts.
A grave side service will be held at 2 PM Thursday June 5th, 2025 at Wesley Union Cemetery in White Cottage, Ohio with Pastor Jeff Hancock officiating.
