Richard "Dick" William Winsor Obituary

Richard “Dick” Winsor, 87, formerly of South Zanesville, passed away Wed. July 30, 2025 at Mount Carmel East Hospital in Columbus. He was born on July 11, 1938 in Zanesville, a son of the late Harold and Opal (Linscott) Winsor. He was a proud member of Meadow Farm Methodist Church for many years. He was a master carpenter for 60 plus years and after retirement he worked at WalMart for a number of years.  He is survived by his children William (Robin) Winsor, Christine (Michael) Bronkar, Craig (Terri) Winsor, Richelle (Jim) Matthew, Melissa (Wayne) Smith, and Suzanne Winsor. 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.  Dick was preceded in death by his wife Virginia L. “Ginny” Winsor, son Steven Gregory “Woody” Winsor, one brother Charles Winsor.  Friends may call from 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. Mon. Aug. 4, 2025 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage where funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m with Pastor Dean Cole officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
