Sandra Kay Tipton, 66, of Zanesville, passed away at 8:13 a.m. Thur. Sept. 30, 2021 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House. She was born on Feb. 24, 1955 in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Elva and Mildred Talbert. She is survived by four daughters Amy (Terry) Fox, Jamie (Shawn) Wright, Lacy Tipton (Ryan Hill),. Heather Tipton. 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Two sisters Marge (Paul) Schooley and Tawnya (Rick) Phillips. One brother Terry Talbert. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Chappelle, one sister Dixie, and two brothers Junior and Jim. A Memorial Gathering will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Sun. Oct. 3, 2021 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage.
