Obituary
Terry L. Talbert, 74, of Philo, passed away at his home on Mon. Oct. 31, 2022 following a prolonged illness. He was born on April 6, 1948 in Zanesville, a son of the late Elva and Mildred (Swartz) Talbert. He enjoyed working on old cars, especially his 1957 Chevy and Corvettes. He also enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his wife Linda Talbert, whom he married Dec. 24, 1983. Two daughters Chandra (Steve) Messinger and Crystal (Bryan) Bates. One son Terry Steen. Seven grandchildren Aubrey, Lexi, Braxton, Owen, Vivian, Jack, and William. Two sisters Marge (Paul) Schooley and Tawnya (Rick) Phillips. Sisters-in-law Joy Talbert and Dora Talbert. Brother-in-law Clinton Cox. Many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Jim Talbert and Al Talbert. Two sisters Sandy (Stan) Chapelle and Dixie (Paul) Russell. No calling hours or showing will be held. Per Terry's request, a private graveside service will be held at a later date.
