William Larimer, Sr. Obituary

William R. Larimer, Sr., 64, of Zanesville, passed away at 1:30 a.m. Sunday June 13, 2021 at Genesis Hospice - Morrison House. He was born on August 14, 1956 in Zanesville, Ohio, to the late Rolland Edgar Sr. and Betty Hall Larimer. Bill worked as a truck driver for many years and also trimmed trees. He enjoyed spending time with his family, mushroom hunting and watching the Reds, Buckeyes, and NASCAR on TV.

He is survived by his children Misty Larimer, Linda Oakes, William Larimer, Jr., Nicholas (Danielle) Larimer, James Larimer and Adam Larimer. He is also survived by his siblings Carolyn Beem, Vicky (Jim) Staley, Linda Larimer, Rolland "Smokey" Larimer and Terry (Lynn) Larimer. Bill also leaves behind many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Sandy Coble and his brother Steve Larimer.

Per Bill's wishes a cremation has taken place and no calling hours or graveside services will be observed. A burial will take place in Fultonham Cemetery at a later date. The family thanks William Thompson & Son Funeral Home for their services.
