William C. Robinson (Bill)

86 of Zanesville - formerly of Massillon, Ohio, passed away Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025.
Born Apr. 30,1939 in Akron, Ohio, he was the son of the late Arlie Ralph Robinson and Elizabeth M. (Andonian) Robinson. Bill married Katherine D. Sungy on Dec. 7. 1957 & they were married for 61 years. Bill was a United States Air Force veteran serving from 1958- 1962. He worked & retired from IBM in 1993 after 30 years of service. He was quiet, soft- spoken, very intelligent & dedicated to his family. His passion was restoring & showing his classic 1970 Chevy Camaro SS. Hot rod/classic car photography was something he enjoyed. He was also an avid weightlifter. He designed & built numerous personal weightlifting equipment. He had a strong interest in Astronomy, space & Sci-Fi.

He is survived by his children Mark (Jan) Robinson, Jim Robinson and Barb (Matt) Robinson- Milatovich; 10 grandchildren & step-grandchildren; 12 great & step-great grandchildren; brother Dave (Marla) Robinson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, half-sister Lee and his wife Kathy, who passed away Sept. 20, 2018.

Our family wishes to express our gratitude to the staff at The Springs at Wyandot Trail & Suncrest Hospice for the care given these last 11 months. Special thanks to Tina, Vickie, Jen, and Karol who helped care for him in our home in 2023 and 2024. We couldn't have done it without all of you. 

There will be a celebration of life at a future date.
